Project Overview:

For years, the Nordic streamer Allente built its identity around the "King of Entertainment" concept. With their latest campaign, the brand sought to evolve this narrative into something more immersive: "A World of Entertainment." The creative brief centered on a couple whose living room is magically transformed the moment they open the Allente app. Their home becomes a staging ground for an explosion of content including skiers, football stars, dragons, and aliens, bringing the entire Allente slate to life in a single space. Fanny & Alexander reached out to SweetSpot during the bidding phase to find a technical partner capable of executing this ambitious vision within a realistic production framework.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenge: High-Concept Ambition vs. Production Reality
Populating a single living room with high-fidelity dragons, UFOs, and a diverse cast of athletes and fantastical characters would traditionally require a massive VFX budget and an extensive timeline.

Solution: SweetSpot tapped Stereocolor for their expertise in hybrid AI and CG workflows. By filming the core talent on a physical sofa and building the surrounding "world" through a sophisticated AI-assisted pipeline, the team delivered a blockbuster aesthetic without the traditional overhead of a full-scale CG build.

Challenge: Navigating IP and Copyright Sensitivities
Allente carries world-class content like Game of Thrones, meaning any AI-generated assets needed to evoke these iconic shows without infringing on specific HBO or studio copyrights. Solution: We implemented a "Design-First" AI workflow. Concept artists and illustrators worked directly with the director to create bespoke sketches. These pre-approved designs served as the foundation for the AI generation, ensuring every dragon and alien was unique to Allente. Stereocolor maintained a rigorous log of all prompts and utilized a signed-off list of AI models to ensure total legal transparency and IP safety.

Challenge: Maintaining Brand Cohesion in a Chaotic Environment
With so many disparate elements on screen, from Premier League players to sci-fi aliens, the spot risked feeling cluttered or disconnected from the Allente brand.

Solution: Stereocolor utilized Allente’s signature orange corporate palette as a visual anchor throughout the environment and character design. To pay homage to the brand’s heritage, the "King’s Crown" was integrated as a subtle Easter egg on a female knight, bridging the gap between the old concept and the new "World" identity.

Results & Impact

Successful Brand Evolution: The campaign successfully transitioned Allente from a single-symbol identity to a rich, immersive world, highlighting their vast content library in a way that felt premium and modern.

Technological Proof of Concept: By utilizing a standard VFX pipeline powered by AI-generated assets, Stereocolor proved that AI can be a precise, controllable tool for high-stakes commercial work rather than just an experimental one.

End-to-End Execution: SweetSpot managed the technical roster from initial concept design through to final online delivery. This included sourcing and working closely with a Stockholm-based Flame artist to handle complex versioning for multiple durations, aspect ratios, and regional adaptations for Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
